Just like to note something on comicon....if you did not order you pass before Oct 2009, it is sold out. This is an event yo need to plan a year in advance to attend. There should be pleanty of stuff to see outside the convention center, Marriott and Hilton, but the core of comicon is in the convention center.

Which is why you have been hearing in the news about the battle over who gets to host future comic-cons. The event has gotten even bigger in just a few years timeframe, that it needs a bigger convention hall to host it. If the San Diego Convention center has no plans approved to expand, then it most certainly will relocate.

Donut Day is Sat. morning at
Donut Day is Sat. morning at Del Mar. Great opportunity to get to see and hear them up close. I'm pretty sure we won't be able to attend this year. It's usually one of the highlights of our year though. Not that it's that incredible but it is a chance to do a little something you can't normally do. And there is Free Donuts!
