I went out on a photo safari with a guide. Learned loads! 6 hours of really analyzing and setting up shots. Fun stuff!

I had an opportunity to get a close up look at the 3-month old tiger cubs Christopher and Conner today. I don't remember which one this was. The metal of the cage was in bright sun, and the metal was pretty thick, so I could not get it to disappear completely, but with a bit of cropping this one seems passable. They should be out on display in about 3 weeks or so.

When I first cropped this I could not figure out what the blurry part over the bridge of her nose was - then I figured it out. The keeper was tossing chunks of beef heart to her - that's one passing by right as I snapped the shutter.
